2012 – Heather Wells appointed Finance Director

Heather Wells was appointed group finance director in 2012 and is a member of the firm’s Executive Management Group alongside BDP’s chairman and chief executive.  She advises on the financial and administrative aspects of BDP’s global strategy and operations.

Heather has been instrumental in helping the practice change from partnership to company, introduce an employee shareholding scheme and become part of the Nippon Koei Group in 2016. In 2007, she was also shortlisted in the Inspirational Leader category for the Inspire Awards.
