In 2017, we got the opportunity to work with Roger Wade and his team again on Boxpark Wembley following the success of Boxpark Croydon in 2016. Together we created an innovative cultural and dining destination within a completely new and bespoke building at the heart of Wembley Park that can host a variety of functions including social events, exercise classes, Christmas markets and a fan zone for sporting events.
The same year also marked the completion of Westgate Oxford – a BDP led masterplan that enable this major retail led mixed use development to seamlessly integrate into Oxford’s historic city fabric. We were also the lead for a collaborative group of highly regarded architectural practices responsible for the design of the various buildings with our own remit to design all the common areas alongside the three distinct glass roofs.
We were delighted to be involved in the design of these contemporary retail and leisure destinations that have created inspiring and engaging spaces where people can shop, dine, relax and be entertained!
